摘　　要：肛瘘是一个非常古老的疾病,我国古代对肛瘘的认识及治疗可追溯至数千年前,而且有的目前在临床上仍被广泛采用。该文从肛瘘的病名、分类、病因病机、症状、治法等方面对文献进行梳理,以期为现代肛瘘的临床诊治与研究提供参考。Anal fistula is a disease with a very long history. The understanding and treatment of anal fistula in ancient China can be traced back to thousands of years ago, and some treatments are still being widely used in clinical practice. This paper reviews the literature oh the name of this anal disease, its classification, pathogenesis, symptoms and treatment in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula in the modern era.
