摘　　要：目的:概述针灸血清对机体各系统效应研究进展。方法:通过文献调研和检索概述2000年以来针灸血清对免疫系统、循环系统、呼吸系统等的研究进展。结果:针刺血清和艾灸血清与针灸疗法具有类似效应,具有调节免疫功能,抑制肿瘤,降低神经细胞和心肌细胞内钙离子浓度,抗哮喘等作用。结论:针灸血清中含有某些活性物质,从而发挥治疗和预防疾病的作用。Objective ： Summarize the research situation of acupuncture and moxibustion serum on body system. Methods ： Through literature research and summary of retrieval since 2000 research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion serum on the immune system, circulatory system, respiratory system and so on. Results： Acupuncture serum, moxibustion serum, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy have the similar effects, regulate immune function, inhibit tumor, reduce calcium ion concentration in nerve and myocardial cells, anti-asthmatic effect and so on. Conclusion ： Acupuncture serum contains some active substances which play the role of treatment and prevention of diseases.
