摘　　要：难治性肾病综合征作为原发性肾病综合征的一个临床类型,其发生率逐年升高,且具有病情复杂、治疗棘手等特点。本篇根据其发病特点,依据中医学理论,以培补脾肾、活血利水之法,经方化裁而成利水方联合肾上腺皮质激素诊疗该病,临床取得满意疗效。Refractory nephrotic syndrome, as a clinical type of the primary nephrotic syndrome, its incidence increases year by year, and has a complicated condition and treatment etc. According to the characteristics of this disease and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the method of supplementing spleen and kidney and activating blood and promoting urination has been improved and Lishuifang has been established, which can get sastisfactory effect when combined with adrenal cortical hormone.
