摘 要:目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者不同时期呼出气NO的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用尚沃纳库伦NO分析仪检测COPD患者急性发作期与稳定期呼出气中NO含量,并进行比较,并与健康人分别对比。结果:COPD患者稳定期呼出气NO含量明显低于健康人(P0.05),急性发作期患者呼出气NO含量明显高于健康人(P0.05)。结论:NO参与了COPD的病理生理过程,呼出气NO检测无创、方便,动态测定呼出气NO水平有助于对COPD病情的观察。Objective:To observe the changes of exhaled nitric oxide( FeNO ) at different times in patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease( COPD), and investigate its clinical significance. Methods:FeNO levels were detected in remission of COPD, in acute epi- sode of COPD (AECOPD) , and in healthy people, by using Nano Coulomb nitric oxide Analyzer. Results : The levels of remission of COPD were lower than healthy people, the levels of AECOPD were higher than healthy people. Conclusion: NO could participate in the patholog- ical and physiological process of COPD, detection of FeNO had non - invasive and convenient features , dynamic detection of FeON level should be helpful to assessing the state of COPD.
