摘 要:以重庆市为例,建立耕地生态足迹模型,在修正了Wackernagel提出的耕地产量因子的基础上,从分区县尺度对重庆市2000—2009年间的耕地生态承载力时空差异进行了研究.结果表明:2000—2009年间,重庆市内部各区县耕地生态承载力水平的高低差距逐渐缩小,耕地生态承载力超载现象日趋严重.10年间,重庆市40个区县在不同耕地生态承载力水平等级上的数量分布大致呈"M"型:耕地生态承载力水平属于严重超载和临界超载的区县数量处于"M"型的两个顶端,属于超载的区县数量处于"M"型中间,属于平衡有余和盈余的区县数量的处于"M"型的两个低端.重庆市属于耕地生态承载力水平与社会经济发展水平相对应的区县已从2000年的13个增加到2009年的18个,主要表现在高-中对应型的区县数量增加方面,区域经济发展水平超前于其所对应的耕地生态承载力水平的区县数量已由2000年的11个增加到2009年的15个,而区域社会经济发展水平滞后于其所对应的耕地生态承载力水平的区县数量则不断减少.该研究可为重庆市的区域耕地生态安全预警、土地利用总体规划及区域可持续发展提供科学依据和决策支持.Taking Chongqing City as an example, based on the relationship between the cultivated land ecological carrying capacity supply and demand, this study developed the model of "Cultivated Land Ecological Footprints Method". In consideration of the factors of cultivated land production revised by Wackernagel, we made a systematic evaluation of spatial-temporal difference of the cultivated land ecological carrying capacity of Chongqing city in 2000—2009. The results indicated that, from 2000 to 2009, 1 the gap of cultivated land ecological carrying capacity level became smaller and the overload phenomenon was serious in Chongqing city;2 the quantity of the level of cultivated land ecological carrying capacity in the 40 counties presented an "M"-shape. The "critical overload" and "serious overload" counties lie on the peaks of "M", the "overload" ones in the troughs of "M" and the "over-balanced" and "surplus" ones at the bottom of "M";3 considering the relationship between ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land and level of social and economic development from 2000 to 2009, the number of the correspondent counties of these two aspects increased from 13 to 18, especially the increase of the high-middle counties. The number of the counties, whose area level of social and economic development lags behind their land carrying capacity, decreased year by year, while the counties which pulled ahead increased from 11 to 15. This study provides the scientific basis and support to the overall planning of land use and sustainable development in Chongqing City.
