摘　　要：目的 :了解嘉定区华亭镇职业病危害现状,为研究职业病防治提供参考。方法 :使用统一调查表,现场调查华亭镇有毒有害工业企业。结果 :华亭镇存在职业病危害的企业共211家,存在的职业病危害因素类别384种。危害因素主要是生产性粉尘和化学性毒物;接触职业病危害因素2 804人;有职业健康检查的企业89家;个体防护用品配备率为77.25%,防护设施配备率为63.98%。结论 :华亭镇职业卫生监督管理工作有待加强,提高所有企业职业病危害因素检测与评价及职业健康检查覆盖率势在必行,要建立和完善职业病防治工作的有效监管体制及协调机制。Objective： To learn the status of the occupational hazards in Huading Community to provide a scientific basis for studying prevention and treatment of occupational diseases, Methods： The industrial enterprises with toxic and hazardous environment in Huading community were investigated with unified questionnaire. Results： There were 211 enterprises with occupational hazards involved in 384 categories of occupational hazards in Huading Community. The hazardous factors were mainly productive dust and chemical toxins. Two thousand eight hundred and four workers exposed to occupational hazards, however only 89 factories had occupational health check, The rate of factories with individual protective equipment was 77.25%, The rate of the factories with protection facilities was 63.98%. Conclusion： Occupational health supervision and management should be strengthened in Huating town. It is imperative to improve detection and evaluation of occupational hazards and coverage of occupational health check. The effective supervision system and the coordination mechanisms of the prevention of occupational diseases should be established and improved.
