摘  要:目的:建立以五倍子的高效液相色谱指纹图谱指纹峰为基准峰计算多指标成分的定量方法。方法:建立五倍子的指纹图谱,达到基线分离的峰确定为指纹峰,以没食子酸峰为基准峰,计算基准峰中没食子酸的含量,其他指纹峰以没食子酸为参照,计算每个指纹峰以没食子酸计的含量。结果:确定了五倍子指纹图谱中14个指纹峰,计算出指纹峰以没食子酸计的含量。结论:建立了五倍子多指标成分的定量方法,方法具有可操作性,使指纹图谱在药品质量控制中更具有意义。Objective: To investigate the quantitative method in the form of fingerprint peaks of Galla chinensis. Method: The fingerprints of G. chinensis were obtained, the peaks which can be separated from the baseline were defined as fingerprint peaks, and the peak of gallic acid was appointed as the benchmark peak. All the fingerprint peaks were quantified grounded on the peak of gallic acid. Result: Fourteen peaks were defined and quantified rested on the peak of gallic acid. Conclusion: A multicomponent quantitative method for G. chinensis is established. The method is feasible.
