摘　　要：目的:探讨银翘散加藿朴夏苓汤治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:于2010年3月-2012年12月将收治的手足口病患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,而研究组则在对照组治疗基础上给予银翘散加藿朴夏苓汤治疗,比较两组患儿临床症状消退时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患儿的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:在利巴韦林抗病毒治疗的基础上采用银翘散加藿朴夏苓汤治疗小儿手足口病正恰中病机,并根据患儿病情在此基础上随症加减,可以显著提高临床治疗效果,明显减轻病人痛苦,缩短临床症状消退时间,减少并发症的发生,临床应用安全有效,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yinqiao powder combined with Huopu Xialing decoction in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Method： The study in 2010 March-2012 year in December will be admitted to the hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group treated by ribavirin, while the study group was given in control of Yinqiao powder plus Huopu Xialing decoction in the treatment group on the basis of treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, clinical remission curative effect and adverse reaction. Result： In the study group were significant efficiency and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Study group were significant effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups were no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： On the base of rihavirin antiviral therapy with Yinqiao powder plus Huopu Xialing decoction in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease is right in the pathogenesis, and according to the illness on the basis of addition and subtraction with the disease, can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, the pain of patients with clinical symptoms significantly reduced, reduce the incidence of complications. The clinical application is safe and effective, worthy of clinical use.
