摘　　要：为了提高乳与乳制品中甲胺磷、甲拌磷、久效磷、乐果、对硫磷、倍硫磷的检测效率和准确性,提出了采用乙腈的离心提取方法。该方法不仅使乳与乳制品中甲胺磷、甲拌磷、久效磷、乐果、对硫磷、倍硫磷的检测回收率能够满足GB 27404-2008的要求,而且使检测的效率和准确性大大提高。In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of the methamidophos, phorate, monocrotophos, dimethoate, parathion and fenthion in the milk and dairy products, the centrifugal extraction with acetonitrile was proposed by the method. Not only to make the six kinds of organic phosphorus detection recoveries in the milk and dairy products to meet the requirements of GB 27404-2008, but also the ef- ficiency and accuracy of detection greatly improve.
