摘 要:洛河崇阳水电站工程设计中,根据工程地形地质条件,提出了经济合理的堤坝式电站开发形式;拦河坝壅水、排沙、泄洪建筑采用了软基重力(闸)坝,坝基混凝土防渗墙防渗结构;利用在溢流坝堰顶设置橡胶坝这种建筑结构,降低了库区淤沙对上游电站的影响;二期导流建筑利用排沙闸改建,方便施工,投资节省。目前该工程已基本建成。The economic feasibily develop mode of dam type hydropower station has been proposed in the design of Chongyang Hydropower Station of the Luohe River according to the practical geological condition. The gravity dam on soft foundation has been applied on the dam site to meet the requirements of damming, desilting and flood discharge, and the concrete cutoff wall is designed as the anti-seepage facility. The silt influence on the upstream power stations is lessened by the structures that rubber the dam con struction on the weir. The second phase diversion works are rebuilt by the sand flush gate, which is not only convenient to construction but also the decrease in investment. At present, this project has been completed, and this paper mainly introduces its design characteriscs.
