基于生态需水的浑河干流生态系统服务功能价值计算

摘　　要：对于河流生态系统服务功能价值的计算是在考虑生态需水量得到满足的条件下进行的,只有河流来水量满足河流本身的需水量,河流的生态系统功能才能正常发挥,生态系统才真正具有价值。文中将河流生态系统服务功能分为两类:一类是河流生态系统产品功能,包括水供给功能、水产品功能、水力发电功能、旅游功能和航运功能;二类是河流生态系统服务功能,包括贮水功能、调洪功能、输沙功能、净化功能和提供生境功能。应用市场价值法、机会成本法、替代工程法和旅行费用法计算得出,浑河的生态系统产品功能价值为36.608亿元,生态系统服务功能价值为164.356亿元,从而可以看出浑河流域在河流生态系统服务功能方面发挥着重要的作用,其核心功能是调洪功能。In this paper, account is taken into calculating the ecosystem service function value of the river the conditions of ecological water demand to be met, only river water to meet the water demand of the river, the river ecosystem function can play normally, ecosystem is provided with the real value. The river ecosystem service functions are divided into two categories： one is the river eco-system function, including the function of water supply, aquatic function, hydroelectric power function, travel features and shipping functions. The second category is the river ecosystem service functions, including water holding capacity of flood sediment transport function, purification function and provides habitat functions. By applying the market value method, opportunity cost method, alternative engineering method and travel cost method, we discover that function is 3. 66 billion, the value of ecosystem services is 1.64 billion. So the Hun River Basin plays an important role in the river ecosystem service functions. The function of the flood is the core function.
