摘 要:采用"大小+颜色"对中甘11号甘蓝种子进行分级加工处理。通过幼苗生长测定、电导率测定、生活力测定及酶活性测定分析比较各处理的各项种子活力指标,结果表明:大小和颜色分级能有效提高甘蓝种子质量,且存在种皮颜色越深、种子越大,则种子活力就越高的变化趋势。中甘11号甘蓝种子适宜的分级加工处理(直径、颜色)为d≥1.7 mm、黑红,d≥1.7 mm、红褐,d≥1.7 mm、青黄和1.5 mm≤d<1.7 mm、黑红4种。The Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.seeds were graded according to size and colour,and then were studied with seedling growth test,electrical conductivity test,seed vitality test and enzyme activity test.The results showed that seeds were graded by size and colour could enhance the quality of seeds and the trends that the seeds with more dark colour and larger size had higher vigor.To Zhong Gan 11,Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.seeds had four suitable classification processing methods by size and colour.They were d ≥ 1.7mm and blackish-red; d ≥ 1.7 mm and reddish-brown; d ≥ 1.7 mm and bluish-yellow; 1.5 mm ≤ d < 1.7 mmand blackish-red.
