摘 要:首先,从水运安全监控的重要性描述出发,指出了传统水运安全监控手段的诸多不足,在综合分析了北斗和GSM/GPS这2种监控模式优缺点的基础上,提出了基于北斗+GSM/GPS的解决方案,以实现对水运安全的无线监控;其次,介绍了该方案的具体组成结构以及监控终端与监控中心的工作流程和具体功能;再次,阐述了其在海事信息发布、船舶动态查询、航道智能监控与应急救援保障等方面的突出功用;最后,展望了其未来广阔的应用和发展前景。Firstly, this paper described the importance of water transport safety monitoring, pointed out the shortages of the traditional water transportation safety monitoring methods. In order to realize the wireless monitoring of water transport safety,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Beidou and GSM/GPS models, the complementary type solutions based on Beidou and GSM/GPS was put forward. And then,it described the specific structure of the scheme,and the monitoring terminal and monitoring center work flow and specific functions. Following that, it described the prominent function in the maritime safety information, ship dynamic query, channel intelligent monitoring and emergency rescue, etc. Finally,the prospect of its application development in the future was presented.
