摘 要:采用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)与废旧胶粉(WRP)制备了热塑性弹性体。研究了共混比、胶粉预塑炼处理工艺及白炭黑对POE/WRP力学性能的影响。结果表明,塑炼WRP/POE共混体系具有优良的综合力学性能,当塑炼WRP为30份时,WRP/POE体系的拉伸强度为7.17MPa,拉断伸长率为778%,撕裂强度为63.3kN/m,邵尔A硬度为72度。保持塑炼WRP用量为30份,随着白炭黑用量的增加,共混体系的拉伸强度,硬度逐渐增加,撕裂强度大幅度增加,拉断伸长率降低。白炭黑用量为30份时,WRP/POE/白炭黑的综合力学性能最佳,原材料成本降低。Thermoplastic Elastomer of POE/ waste rubber powder (WRP) effects of the blend ratio of POE/WRP , the mas ical properties was studied. The results showed ticating process and reinforcement was prepared. The of silica on mechan- that masticating WRP/POE had better comprehensive mechanical properties with 7.17 MPa of tensile strength,778% of elongation at break, 63.3kN/m of tear strength,72 Shore A of hardness when the proportion of WRP was 30 phr. With the increase of silica content, the tensile strength and hardness of the blends increased gradually, the tear strength of the blends increased substantially, the elongation at break decreased. The blends of WRP/POE/Silica had better comprehensive mechanical properties and a lower cost with silica of 30 phr .
