摘　　要：通过分析棉/Sorona混纺织物一浴一步法染色中各因素对织物得色及色差的影响,优化了染色工艺,即pH值7.5,分散匀染剂1.5 g/L,元明粉50 g/L,染色温度110℃,保温时间50 min,浴比1∶15。结果表明,该染色方法可获得色光稳定、同色性好、各项色牢度高的产品,且工艺简捷、时间短,生产成本低。In one-bath one-step dyeing of cotton/Sorona blends,the factors affecting color yield and color deviation are analyzed.The dyeing process is optimized as follows：pH 7.5,dispersing and leveling agent 1.5 g/L,sodium sulfate 50 g/L,dyeing at 110 ℃ for 50 minutes,liquor ratio 1：15.The dyed fabric has stable shade,union color and good color fastness.The dyeing method features simple process,shortened time and less cost.
