治糜灵栓对白色念珠菌致家兔阴道炎及组胺致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒的影响

摘　　要：目的研究治糜灵栓体内抑菌、止痒等药理作用。方法建立家兔白色念珠菌阴道炎模型,分组给药,在沙氏培养基上观察菌落数;利用磷酸组胺法建立豚鼠瘙痒模型,比较致痒值。结果治糜灵栓在体内对白色念珠菌阴道炎具有抑制作用,止痒效果也很明显。结论治糜灵栓具有抑菌、止痒的功效。Objective to study the effect of Zhimiling suppository＇s pharmacological action of antibacterial and relie- ving itching. Method Built the rabbits Candida albicans vaginitis model, grouped does, observed the number of colonies on Sabouraud agar; built Guinea Pigs model by the method of the histamine phosphate, compared the itch value. Results Zhimiling suppository in vivo has inhibitory effect on Candida albicans vaginitis, antipruritic effect is obvious. Conclusion Zhimiling suppository has antibacterial, antiprufitic effect.
