摘  要:中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司热电部1#热电联合装置2#汽轮发电机组凝汽器的真空压力时常发生波动,而夏季时的真空压力则一直偏低。经过分析,发现是真空泵冷却水温度偏高所致。文章根据真空泵的工作过程和原理,对真空泵冷却水系统的改造和维护提出了建议。In view that vacuum in condenser of 2# turbo unit of 1 # Thermal United Plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. fluctuated frequently, and was abnormally low in summer, discussion was made causes, and was found to be abnormally high temperature of cooling water in the vacuum pump.
