摘　　要：摘要：围绕欧洲钢铁业的危机展开论述，重点分析了石油危机、债务危机、金融危机等对钢铁业的影响，并归纳了欧盟在不同时期为应对钢铁业危机所采取的措施及其经验教训，以期对国内钢铁业危机的化解提供些许借鉴。This paper discusses a series of crises faced by European steel industry, especially macro-economic factors impacting on steel industry, such as the oil crisis, the debt crisis and the financial crisis. The measures taken by European Union in response to the steel crisis during different periods and its experience are summarized to provide some reference for resolving domestic steel industry crisis.
