摘 要:摘要:介绍了悬臂棒条筛的发展过程,以及在烧结整粒系统中的应用。通过对筛子本体的不断改进,降低了整机重量、电耗及除尘所需风量,提高了筛分效率。利用新型环保悬臂棒条筛体积小、重量轻、处理能力大的优势,将三次筛分设备立体布置在一个筛分楼内,缩小了占地面积,节约了基建投资。The paper introduced the developing process and application of new cantilever bar grizzly in sintering screening system. Through continuously improving bar grizzly, total weight, power consumption and dust extraction air volume were decreased. Meanwhile, the screening efficiency was increased. Three screening procedures were put into one workshop by taking advantage of cantilever bar grizzly' s merits such as small size, light weight, large processing capacity, which reduced the floor area and investment of capital construction.
