摘　　要：摘要：介绍了新日铁和住友金属的合并历程，包括合并的时间与进展，合并后新公司主要领导及分工合并前后的战略合作与交流以及两家公司各自的竞争优势和合并后的竞争优势。指出两家公司的合并可为企业创效提供有力的保证，是目前钢铁企业降低成本和提高收益的一个借鉴。This paper introduces the merger process of Nippon Steel and Sumitomo metals, including the merger time and progress, the main leadership and division of the new company, the strategic cooperation and communication before and after the combination, as well as the private company＇ s and the merged company＇ s competitive advantages. It is pointed out that the merger can provide powerful guarantee for the enterprise to create the effect, and it also can serve as a reference for the current iron and steel enterprises to reduce costs and increase earnings.
