摘  要:分析了 12个甘蔗基因型叶片中的酸性磷酸酶、淀粉酶、酸性转化酶等 7种酶活性变化对蔗糖分的影响 ,结果表明 ,叶片中酸性磷酸酶以及中性转化酶活性与甘蔗蔗糖分的高低呈显著正相关 ,淀粉酶、酸性转化酶活性则与此相反 .多元回归分析进一步证实蔗糖分高低与前期酸性磷酸酶、淀粉酶、转化酶活性关系密切 ,而成熟期除了酸性磷酸酶起主要作用外 。The changes of activities of 7 foliar enzymes such as acid phosphatase, amylase, acid invertase, etc. and their effects on sucrose content in 12 sugarcane genotypes were studied. The results showed that the activities of acid phosphatase and neutral invertase were significantly positively correlated to the sucrose content, whereas amylase and acid invertase were the contrary. Multivariate regression analysis further verified that sucrose content was closely related to the activities of acid phosphatase, amylase and invertase at the early growth stage. At maturity stage, invertase was the key enzyme that influenced sucrose content besides acid phosphatase.
