摘　　要：通过对SMC复合材质塑料件涂装的工艺流程、过程质量控制、涂装管理等作一些分析和探讨,阐述了严把漆前的"白坯"质量关,彻底消除"白坯的缺陷靠涂装来弥补"的旧观念,从源头抓起、注重施工过程中每个环节的细节控制和管理是获得较高涂装合格品率和节约涂装成本的关键。According to analysis and discussion about process flow, process quality control, painting management and so on of SMC composite material plastic parts painting, the strict control of ＂white body＂ quality was stated, the old ideas that the white body defects were made up by painting was eliminated. The key to gain high quality rate and reduce cost is paying attention to detail in the control and management of each link in the process of construction.
