摘　　要：This paper summarized the current status on study of plant growth regulators on Panax ginseng and P.quinquefolius:(1)Plant growth regulators can raise the yield of P.ginsen root and P.quinquefolius root;(2)They can pronote the morphological after－ ripening and physiological after－ ripening in P.ginseng seed and P.quinquedolius seed;(3)There are new progress on the biochemical and tissue culture of P.ginseng and P.quinquefolius.This paper summarized the current status on study of plant growth regulators on Panax ginseng and P.quinquefolius:(1)Plant growth regulators can raise the yield of P.ginsen root and P.quinquefolius root;(2)They can pronote the morphological after－ ripening and physiological after－ ripening in P.ginseng seed and P.quinquedolius seed;(3)There are new progress on the biochemical and tissue culture of P.ginseng and P.quinquefolius.
