子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清TNFα、TGF-β1和VEGF测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清TNFα,TGF-β1和VEGF水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和酶联法对33例子宫内膜异位症患者进行了治疗前后血清TNF-α,TGF-β1和VEGF水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果子宫内膜异位症患者在治疗前血清TNF-α、VEGF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而TGF-β1水平又非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗3个月后则与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。且血清TNF-α水平与VEGF水平呈正相关(r=0.6011,P<0.01)而与TGF-β1水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.4985,P<0.01)。结论检测子宫内膜异位症患者血清TNF-α,TGF-β1和VEGF水平的变化对探讨其发病机理、预防和指导用药均具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum TNF-α,TGF-β1 and VEGF levels before and after treatment in patients with endometriosis. Methods Serum TNF-α （ with RIA）. serum TGF-β1 and VEGF （ with ELiSA） levels were determined in 33 patients with endometriosis before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treat- ment, serum TNF-α and VEGF levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls （P 〈 0.01） , but serum TGF-β1 levels were negatively lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）. 3 months after treatment, the levels were not much difference from those in the controls （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Serum TNF2 levels were positively correlated with serum VEGF levels （ r = 0. 6011, P 〈 0. 01 ）, and negatively correlated with serum TGF-β1 levels （ r = - 0. 4985, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Changes of serum TNF-α, TGF-β1 and VEGF might be helpful with pathogenesis exploration. It can serve as a measure for prevention and treatment of endometri- osis.
