摘  要:花样游泳是我国竞技体育的潜优势项目,目前对于该项目专项特点的认知不足是制约其发展的一个重要瓶颈。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和观察法对花样游泳项目的专项特点进行分析研究,旨在提升对花样游泳项目的认知水平,为指导训练和参赛提供智力支持。研究结果表明:花样游泳项目的专项特点表现在竞赛规则变化、能量代谢和运动员竞技能力三个方面。竞赛规则的变化促使花样游泳运动向"快、强、难"的方向发展,更加重视体能和艺术表现力;花样游泳运动为有氧和无氧代谢混合供能,并且无氧代谢越来越重要。高水平花游运动员的竞技能力表现为高超的体能、全面而精细的技术、巧妙而有效的战术和强大的心理智能优势。Synchronized swimming is one of the potential advanced events in. Understanding the special features of this events correctly is essential and critical for the training work and competition. Lack of such vision is precisely an important bottleneck in the road of potential advanced event's development. This paper uses literature review, expert investigation and observation method to explore the special features of synchronized swimming. The aim is to raise the overall understanding of the events and provide intellectual support to guide the practice of sports train- ing and preparation for major international competition in the future. The results show that the special features of synchronized swimming characterized in the following three aspects: Competition rules changes, energy metabolism and athletes athletic ability. Competition rules lead synchronized swimming motion to "fast, strong, difficult" and pay more attention to the physical ability and artistic expression. Synchronized swimming is mixed aerobic and an- aerobic metabolism for energy, and the anaerobic metabolism is getting more important. The competitive ability of high level synchronized swimmers consists of super physical ability, comprehensive and refined technique, clever and effective tactics, powerful advantage in mental and intelligence.
