射箭淘汰赛制胜要素理论探析

摘　　要：为加速中国射箭运动发展进程,运用文献资料、访谈等方法对射箭竞赛规则变化导致的竞赛特点变化趋势、射箭淘汰赛各关键制胜环节进行了深入研究。结果发现:射箭竞赛箭支少、箭间发射时间短、对抗强、压力大;要想在竞赛中获得制胜运动员必须技术规范、心理积极、依预案、注重过程、进攻主动、意志坚强、把握规则。提出:中国射箭训练应强调技术规范、强调单支箭的质量,提升综合训练效益;中国射箭队应配备专业心理人员,通过训练提高队员心理素质;中国运动员必须提升规则理解能力与外语能力。To accelerate the development process of archery in China, using the method of literature review and interviews, the thesis does in-deepth analysis on the change trends of archery tournament because of the archery contest rules＇ changes and the key winning portions. The results show that the arrows are few in the competition, the shooting time is short between every two arrows, the confrontation is strong and the pressure is high. To win the competition, the athlete must hold standard specification, have positive psychology, comply with plan, pay much more attention to competition process, attack positively, get strong-willing and grasp the rules. Based on those, this thesis believes： The Chinese archery team should emphasize the standard technical specification and the training quality of single arrow to improve the comprehensive training benefits. The Chinese archery team should be e- quipped with professional psychological personnel to improve psychological quality of athletes through training. The Chinese athletes must enhance the understanding ability of rules and foreign language ability.
