摘　　要：齿科粉尘暴露对齿科医师健康的影响逐渐受到关注,有研究表明齿科呼吸性粉尘可导致齿科医师发生气喘、流涕、哮鸣音和呼吸困难等症状,长期的金属粉尘暴露甚至可引起呼吸道疾病及肺实质性改变。为了评价齿科医师的健康状况,本文对齿科粉尘对齿科医师机体影响的相关研究进行了整理、分析、归纳、总结。The effect of dental dust exposure on the dentists has gradually been attacted more attention recently. Studies showed that the dental dust may induce various respiratory symptoms, such as asthma, rhinorrhea, wheeze and dyspnea etc. In addition, the long term exposure to metal alloys dust can even induce pulmonary parenchymal diseases. In order to know the health condition of den- tists, the references concerned the effect of dental dust on dentists were collated, analyzed, and summarized in the paper.
