境外融资纳入社会融资规模统计浅析

摘　　要：目前,随着金融市场全球化的发展,境外融资已成为境内实体经济融资的重要渠道,社会融资规模统计的居民原则面临现实挑战。本文对2002-2012年我国境外融资规模进行了计算,对境外融资对境内货币供给及调控的影响进行了分析,并对境外融资数据统计工作进行了探讨,认为将境外融资纳入社会融资规模统计具有现实必要性及可行性,并提出了相关政策建议。Nowadays, with the development of globalization of financial markets, overseas financing has become an important channel for financing of domestic real economy, and the resident principle of the statistics of social financing scale is confronted with challenges. The paper calculates the scale of China's overseas financing in 2002-2012, analyzes the impact of overseas financing on domestic money supply and control, and discusses the statistical work of overseas financing data. It argues that bringing overseas financing into the statistics of social financing scale has practical necessity and feasibility, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
