摘　　要：我国商业银行近年通过股改、上市,极大地提高了经营管理效率和综合竞争力,但在较为核心的公司治理效率方面与国际水平相比差距较为明显,这很大程度上缘于组织结构中的股东大会治理存在一定缺陷。本文正是从股东大会视角对我国上市银行公司治理效率作一剖析,并在此基础上提出针对性的政策建议。In recent years, China's commercial banks have greatly enhanced management efficiency and overall competitiveness through the share reform and IPO. But in the core aspect such as corporate governance efficiency, the gap between China's banks and the international standards is quite obvious, which is largely due to the defects in shareholder meeting governance of the organizational structure. The article makes an analysis of the corporate governance efficiency of China's listed banks right from the perspective of shareholder meetings, and puts forward specific policy recommendations on this basis.
