温州民间借贷利率的影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：本文选取温州为案例,对民间借贷利率的四个影响因素进行了实证分析,得出了商业银行贷款利率对民间借贷利率的影响非常大,民间借贷利率过快上升对经济发展产生很大的负面影响等结论。The article selects Wenzhou as a case, and conducts an empirical analysis of four influential factors that affect private lending rates. It draws conclusions that commercial banks' lending rates have very great influence on the private lending rates, and the fast rising private lending rates have a significant negative impact on economic development. The article also points out that we should promote the market-oriented interest rate reform and give a reasonable position of formal financial lending rates, in order to adjust or suppress private lending rates.
