健脾化浊通瘀方药治疗多囊卵巢综合征60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾化浊通瘀方药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法将120例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为2组,对照组60例予黄体酮注射液与枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,治疗组60例在对照组的基础上加用健脾化浊通瘀方药。2组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗6个疗程。观察治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平变化,并分别对2组患者治疗前后的规律排卵率和规律月经率进行比较。结果 2组治疗后FSH、LH、T、E2均比治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FSH、LH、T、E2与对照组治疗后比较下降显著(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后规律排卵率、规律月经率改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾化浊通瘀方药治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of polycystic ovary syndrome treated by Jianpi Huazhuo Tongyu recipe. Methods 20 patients with polycystie ovary syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 60 cases in control group received progesterone injection combined with clomiphene citrate capsules. 60 patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpi Huazhuo Tongyu recipe combined with control group＇ s treatment. A menstrual cycle was a course of treatment in two groups. The changes of follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteinizing hormone （ LH）, Testosterone （T） and Estradiol （ E2 ） before and after treatment were observed after six courses. Ovulation rate and regular menstrual rate were compared before and after treatment in two groups. Results FSH,LH,T and E2 after treatment was obviously reduced as compared with that before treatment in treat- ment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The decrease of FSH, LH, T and E2 in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of rate of regular menstrual and ovulation rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment. Conclusion The effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Tongyu recipe is more significant on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, and should be widely applied.
