皮肤针叩刺联合康复训练治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察皮肤针叩刺联合康复训练治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪临床疗效。方法将120例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为2组。治疗组60例采用皮肤针叩刺联合康复训练治疗,对照组60例采用电子生物反馈疗法联合康复训练治疗,每日1次,每周5次,2组均治疗3个月。在治疗前后分别采用改良Ashworth量表和粗大运动功能评估量表对患儿肌张力及粗大运动功能进行评定,观察其改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组临床疗效相当。2组治疗后肌张力及粗大运动功能评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。结论皮肤针叩刺联合康复训练治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of dermal needle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on infantile spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 120 infantile patients with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 60 patients in each group. The patients in trial group were treated by dermal needle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The patients in control group were treated by electron biofeedback combined with rehabilitation training, once a day,5 times a week, and the therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment the improvement states of muscular tension and gross motor function of infantile patients with cerebral palsy were evaluated by modified Ashworth scale and Gross Motor Function Measure（ GMFM -88 ） between two groups. Results After treatment by means of different therapies, the scores of muscular tension and gross motor function in both groups were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment（P 〈0.05 ） ,but there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Dermal needle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has satisfactory therapeutic effect on infantile spastic cerebral palsy,
