摘　　要：目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)并发肺部真菌感染患者的护理干预经验。方法对21例SLE并发肺部真菌感染患者给予严密观察病情,改善病区环境,做好用药护理、保护性隔离措施、正确留取标本,预防医源感染,加强气道护理和基础等一系列的护理措施。结果 20 d后所有患者病情好转出院。结论对于SLE并发肺部真菌感染患者,在进行正规抗真菌药物治疗的同时,进行全方位的护理干预,可有效防治系统性红斑狼疮患者并发肺部真菌感染,减少或减轻抗真菌药物带来的不良反应。Objective To explore the experiences of nursing intervention on systemic lupus erythematosus patients with pulmonary fungal infection. Methods 21 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with pulmona- ry fungal infection were closely observed, received good medication care, protective isolation measures and correctly specimens in improved ward environment, and were given a range of care measures including prevention of iatrogenic infection, strengthening airway care. Results 20 days later all the patient＇s condition improved and was discharged. Conclusion Regular antifungal medicine treatment combined with a full range of nursing intervention can effectively prevent systemic lupus erythematosus patients with pulmonary fnngal infections, reduce or mitigate the adverse reactions antifungals on systemic lupus erythematosus patients with pulmonary fungal infection.
