摘 要:泡沫铝是一种新的结构功能材料,以铝为基体材料,以孔洞为复合相,具有许多独特的性能和广泛的用途。目前传统泡沫铝制备工艺都存在着或多或少的缺陷,会限制泡沫铝的广泛使用。基于Al-Ti-B4C-TiH2系利用自蔓延燃烧合成反应制备泡沫铝,研究了原料的不同摩尔配比、预制体密度、预制体预热温度等因素对自蔓延式燃烧合成反应制备泡沫铝的影响,并对自蔓延式燃烧产物进行了XRD物相分析。实验结果表明:在原料摩尔配比23∶4∶1,制备压力为253 MPa,预热温度为500℃时,反应过程中燃烧温度高,使得燃烧反应能够持续进行,其中的TiH2粉末受热释放出氢气,迫使预制体膨胀得到具有一定孔结构的泡沫铝。XRD物相分析表明燃烧产物主要包含Al和Al3Ti相,反应进行较彻底无反应物Ti的剩余。Aluminum foam, as a kind of new structure function material, has many unique properties and wide range of uses. At present,there are more or less defects in traditional preparation process of foam aluminum,which will limit the widespread use of aluminum foam. In this paper,the aluminum foam is produced based on Al-Ti-B4C-TiH2 self-propagating combustion reaction,the influence of raw materials of different molar ratios,precusor density,the preheating temperature and so on was studied,and the aluminum foam was analyzed using XRD. Experimental results show that when the precusor with raw materials molar ratios (Al : Ti : B4C 23 : 4 : 1 ),formed under the pressure of 253 MPa,preheated at 500 ℃ ,have high combustion temperature which can sustain the combustion reaction. The heated TiH2 powders releases hydrogen,forcing the precusor expansion with certain pore structure to form aluminum foam. XRD phase analysis shows that the combustion products mainly include Al and Al3Ti phase.
