摘  要:微重力、噪声、辐射、狭小孤立环境和高任务负荷等因素是载人航天中影响航天员身心健康的应激原。中长期在轨驻留期间由应激诱发的航天员反应能力降低、工作能力下降等神经精神系统功能紊乱,直接影响航天员健康和工作任务的完成,是航天医学亟待解决的重要问题。本文综述了近几年关于航天应激对于机体的危害、航天应激的发生机制、航天应激损伤的诱因及天然药物在航天应激损伤防护应用方面的相关研究进展,以其为航天应激损伤的预防与治疗提供理论参考。The stressors, such as microgravity, noise, radiation, narrow and isolated environment and excessive workload, affect astronauts" physical and mental health. Stress-induced disruption in nervous system, including decreased ability to response and perform physical or mental tasks during medium-term or long-term space flight, which can impact both astronauts'health and accomplishment of the task. This is a crucial space medicine issue to be solved. This paper reviews the progress on the hazard, mecha- nism, precipitating factors and countermeasure of stress injury in spaceflight and provides theories to de- velop the prevention and treatment of spaceflight-related stress injury.
