摘　　要：针对棉氨纶弹性针织物尺寸规格较难控制的问题,通过试织8块棉氨纶弹性针织物,结合织物的定形工艺及氨纶纱线在生产中的形态变化,分析生产中的织物克质量和密度的变化情况。结果表明:织物坯布阶段的密度和克质量最大,定坯布阶段的密度和克质量最小,成品布阶段的密度与克质量介于坯布和定坯布之间,这说明氨纶纱线对棉纱的作用力是决定织物尺寸规格的重要因素之一,为弹性针织物的尺寸规格控制提供理论参考依据。In terms of the problem of unstable dimension of cotton/polyurethane knitted elastic fabric, 8 kinds of plain fabrics are knitted on the circular knitting machine, and also the changes of the weight per unit area and density of fabrics are analyzed according to the fabric setting process and morphological change of polyurethane yarns. The results show that the weight per unit area and density of gray fabric are maximum value, which are middle of gray fabric and minimum of fabric after presetting. The effects of polyurethane yarns on cotton yarns can play a critical role for the size stability, which will provide some theoretical reference foundations for dimension control of cotton/polyurethane knitted elastic fabric.
