摘　　要：应急采血是严重灾难或战时应急血液保障的必备手段,对提高严重灾难和战争医疗救治效果,降低伤死率有重要作用。但严重灾难或战争环境下的应急采血面临电力保障缺乏、常规技术和设备无法正常使用等问题,研发适用于严重灾难或战争环境的应急采血检验技术和设备,成为应急医疗救援关注的问题。Emergency blood collection is an essential approach of blood support for serious disasters or wartime contingen- cy. It is important to improve therapy effect and reduce injury and death rates in disasters and wars. emergency. There are many problems in blood collection in disasters or war environment, such as cut off of electric power, rendering conventional technology and equipments useless. Research and development of detection technology and equipment in emergency blood collection for disas- ters or warfare emergency is essential in emergency rescue.
