摘 要:目的制备固相法血型定型试剂,并评估其定型准确性。方法根据抗原抗体免疫吸附原理,将抗-A、抗-B、抗-D单克隆抗体分别固定于多孔固相载体上,制备固相法血型定型试剂。采用固相法血型定型试剂检测3495份住院病人的全血样本及117份献血者的全血及指尖血样,以微柱凝胶法为对照,评估固相法定型试剂的定型准确性。结果与微柱凝胶法比较,固相法血型定型试剂对本次所有全血样本和指尖血样的定型符合率均为100%。结论固相法血型定型试剂操作简单快捷,携带方便,准确性高,适合流动采血点和应急采血时的血型初筛。Objective To prepare a solid-phase blood grouping reagent and evaluate its typing aeeurac3r. Methods Solid-phase blood grouping reagent was prepared after monoclonal antibodies of anti-A, anti-B and anti-D were fixed in the porous solid of phase carrier respectively according to the principle of antigen-antibody immunosorbent. Whole blood samples from 3495 inpatients, and whole blood and fingertip blood samples from 117 donors were detected by the solid-phase blood grouping reagent. The typing accuracy of solid-phase blood grouping reagent was evaluated based on the result by microcolumn gel method. Results The typing accuracy by solid-phase blood grouping reagent in whole blood and fingertip blood samples was 100% , compared with that by microeolumn gel method. Conclusion The solid-phase blood grouping reagent is easy to carry and operate with high accuracy, which is suitable for primary screening in mobile blood donation room and emergency blood collection.
