摘 要:以某一小功率PEMFC为研究对象,研究了正交试验设置重复的必要性和有效性.分别采用全面析因法、有重复正交法、无重复正交法进行了试验,分析结果表明:PEMFC性能正交试验中模型误差较大,不设置重复时,分析结论具有可疑性;通过设置适当重复后进行方差分析,可以确定试验随机误差,能够对试验因素的效应和PEMFC最佳运行条件作出科学评估.Based on a low - power PEMFC as the trial object, the necessity and effectiveness of the re- peated - orthogonal test were studied. Full -scale method, repeated -orthogonal method and orthogonal method were used for test respectively. Results showed that the model error in orthogonal test of PEMFC is relatively large. The analysis conclusion is questionable without repeat. The random error can be confirmed though vari- ance analysis with appropriate repeated orthogonal test. The effects of experimental factors and the optimizing op- eration condition of PEMFC were evaluated scientifically.
