摘  要:研究了在高硅铸钢中碳、硅含量变化对其组织和性能的影响.结果表明:碳含量在0.8%细小的奥氏体-贝氏体组织;硅含量在2.5%获得无碳化物的A-B组织;碳、硅含量为0.8%、2.5%时综合性能较好,冲击韧性a k值28.54、硬度为43.3HRC、抗拉强度σb为1398 MPa.The effect of carbon and silicon contents on the structures and properties of high silicon cast steel was studied. The results showed that fine austenite -bainite microstructures were obtained with the carbon content 0.8% wt, and anstenite- bainite mierostructures without carbide were obtained with silicon content 2. 5% wt. The comprehensive property was well when carbon and silicon contents were 0.8% wt and 2.5% wt re- spectively. The impact toughness was 28.54, the hardness was 43.3HRC and the tensile strength was 1398MPa.
