地票收益分配满意度影响因素——基于重庆市7区县的实证调研

摘　　要：地票制度的产生和实施在缓解重庆市城乡建设用地需求矛盾方面具有重要的意义,在土地制度方面具有极大的创新性。基于重庆市7区县17个乡镇共383份农户地票收益分配满意度问卷调查数据,采用文献阅读法、调查问卷法和Logistic回归分析法,对重庆地票收益分配满意度的影响因素进行探索和分析,研究发现经济因子和政策因子是影响收益分配满意度的重要因素。研究结果以期为缩小地票收益分配满意度的空间差异提供理论依据,对地票制度更好的发挥其作用有所裨益。The formation and implementation of Land Quota system, an innovation in the land system, plays an important role in alleviating the contradiction between urban and rural construction land supply and demand in Chongqing City. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the satisfaction of Land Quota revenue distribution in different areas of Chongqing based on the questionnaire data from 383 peasant households in 7 districts and counties of Chongqing, using the methods of documentation, questionnaire survey and logistic analysis. It is concluded that economy and policies are the important factors influencing Land Quota revenue distribution. The conclusion of this paper provides a theoretical foundation for reducing the spatial differences of the satisfaction of Land Quota revenue distribution and makes for the better function of Land Quota system.
