摘　　要：大学生健康管理是新时期高校面临的重要课题,也是高校实施素质教育及"以人为本、健康第一"的教育教学新理念。采用文献资料、访谈等方法对大学生健康管理与促进的内容、步骤及方法进行探索,提出了注重大学生健康的管理与组织建设;设立大学生健康保障促进专项经费;开设健康教育课程;改革与创新大学体育教学;建立大学生健康档案;整合大学生健康教育资源等健康管理路径。It is not only an important concern for colleges and universities in new era,to manage college students＇ health, but also a kind of way to achieve such new educating and teaching concept as ＂people-oriented, health first＂ , and to implement quality education. By means of literature and interview, this paper conducts an exploration on the college students health management and enhancement for the respective content, process and measurements, putting forward path on the health management as follows ： due attention to healthy management and organizations＇ setting up for college students ; establishing of their health special fund and health educational course , reforming and innovating in college physical education teaching; setting up college students＇ health files and integrating students health educational resources.
