摘　　要：介绍了滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验台的系统设计,并提出了相应的可靠性试验方法。该试验台可以全面测试滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验中的各项性能参数,对滚珠丝杠副疲劳寿命及性能进行准确评估,为滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验体系与规范的建立提供依据。Introduce the design of the system of reliability test bench of ball screw,and puts forward the corresponding reliability testing method.The test bench can comprehensively measure various property parameters of reliability test of ball screw,accurately estimate the fatigue life and performance of ball screw,in order to provide basis for establishing the test system and specifications of ball screw.
