摘 要:目的观察实验性贫血症小鼠血液的介电性能改变,为贫血症研究提供新的血液电生理方法和指标。方法动物随机分为对照组和贫血症实验A组和B组,贫血症模型制备采用每一个体腹腔注射苯肼(0.04mg/g和O.07mg/g)3次,每次注射间隔约72h。在0.1~100MHz范围,利用Agilent4294A阻抗分析仪测量各组动物血液的交流阻抗,通过频域介电谱、Cole—Cole图、介电损耗因子频谱、电导率虚部频谱和介电损耗角正切频谱的数据分析,观察实验性贫血小鼠血液介电性能的改变,以及红细胞比容的变化。结果与对照组比较,苯肼实验组的介电常数低频极限量(εL)和介电增量(△ε)减小,其绝缘性降低,电导率(κL,κh)升高,电导率增量(△K)降低。第二特征频率f2减小,介电损失峰值(△ε"max)、电导率虚部峰值(△K"max)和损耗角正切峰值(△tanδmax)均降低。结论苯肼导致小鼠血液的红细胞比容(hematocrit,Hct)明显降低,血液介电常数ε谱线向低介电绝缘区移动,电导率K谱线向高导电区移动,引起血液介电性降低和导电性增加现象,且此现象呈现苯肼剂量的依存关系。Objective In order to provide new electrophysiological method and parameters of blood,the changes in the dielectric properties of the experimental anemia blood in mice was observed. Methods The animals were randomly divided into control group, anemia experimental group A and group B. The anemia model animals were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of phenylhydrazine (0.04 mg /g and 0.07mg/g). Each individual injection was three times and each injection spaced approximately 72h. The AC impedance of animal blood in each group was measured by using Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer in the frequency range of 0.1MHz to 100MHz. The changes in the dielectric properties of the experimental anemia blood in mice were observed through the analysis of experimental data in the dielectric spectroscopy, the Cole-Cole plot, the dielectric loss factor, conductivity imaginary part, dielectric loss tangent, and the change of the hematocrit. Results Compared with the control group, the permittivity at low frequency (εL), dielectric increment (△ε) and the insulativity of the phenylhydrazine groups decreased. Conductivity (κL,κh) increased and conductivity incremental (△K) decreased. The second characteristic frequency (f2) , peak of dielectric loss (Aε"max) ,the peak of conductivity imaginary (△κ"max) and the peak of loss tangent (△tanδmax ) all reduced. Conclusions The hematocrit ( Hct ) of mice significantly reduced with the intraperitoneal injection of phenylhydrazine. The spectrum lines of permittivity (ε) moved to the low dielectric insulating zone and conductivity (κ) curve moved to the high conductive region. Phenylhydrazine could reduce the dielectric properties and increase conductivity of mice blood, and this phenomenon was dependent on the dose of phenylhydrazine.
