摘 要:目的从文献计量学角度揭示2000~2011年国内外肿瘤光动力疗法(photodynamictherapy,PDT)研究的发展概况。方法检索了WebofScience数据库中2000—2011年肿瘤光动力疗法的研究文献,借助Histcite、Ucinet、TDA等文献分析工具进行数据处理和结果可视化分析。结果揭示近十余年国内外该领域研究的时间趋势、国家机构分布等总体概况,梳理高被引文献的引文脉络,研究国家间合作网络,并对前沿热点进行初步探讨。结论2000~2011年间肿瘤光动力疗法的研究文献量平稳增长,共有75个国家和地区、3412个机构涉及肿瘤PDT疗法的研究,美、德、中发文量居前三,哈佛大学、宾西法尼亚大学和罗斯韦尔癌症研究所在该领域研究较为深人。美、德、英等国家间合作关系紧密,而我国与其他国家的合作相对不多。该领域研究重心由基本理论和临床实践的研究,向着分子机制的深入探讨和新技术方法的应用发展。Objective To reveal international research development on tumor photodynamic therapy (PDT) in recent twelve years from the view of literature metrology. Methods Literature records on tumor and photodynamic therapy from 2000 to 2011 were retrieved in SCI-expanded database,and literature analysis tools such as Histcite, Ucinet and TDA were used to process data and present results. Results The distribution of time, countries, institutions and journals was revealed, and the citation historiography, the international cooperation network and the research fronts of recent years were presented in visualized scientific maps and tables. Conclusions The number of related literature increased stably from 2000 to 2011. The related literature distributed in 75 countries and regions, and in 3412 institutions. Harvard University, Pennsylvania University and Roswell Cancer Institute did more intensive studies in this field. America, Germany, and China published more papers. America, Germany and Britain kept in close cooperation with other countries, while China in less cooperation with other countries. The key contents of tumor photodynamic therapy research have developed from basic theory and clinical practice to the intensive study on molecular mechanism and the application of new technical method.
