摘　　要：在陕南山区某县城滑坡治理设计中,由于当地政府财政资金紧张,按照当地政府出台的"谁治理谁受益"的政策,结合滑坡发育特征,首次在滑坡坡脚专门规划了5.17亩的建设用地,成功引进了民营企业参与滑坡治理,既缓解了当地政府的财政资金紧张,又解决了受灾群众的安置问题,成功探索出了利用民间资金参与滑坡治理并与商业开发相结合的新思路,对山区同类滑坡治理具有实际参考价值。In landslide control design for a county of south- ern Shanxi mountain area, due to the local government strained fis- cal funds, according to the local government policy of who gov- erns who benefits, 5.17 acres of land at the foot of the landslide is planned for construction for the first time combined with develop- ment of landslides, which successfully introduce private enterpris- es to participate in the landslide control. It not only relieved the fis- cal funds stress but also solved the resettlement of the affected peo- ple, and successfully explore the new ideas to use private capital to participate a landslide control and combine with the commercial development, and has actual reference value for the similar moun- tain landslide control.
