摘 要:以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基料制备脱氢型室温硫化硅橡胶,研究了催化剂、交联剂和填料等因素对硅橡胶固化速度、表观密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量增加和交联剂用量的增加,使硅橡胶的凝胶时间缩短,生成气泡增多,表观密度降低;填料用量的增加使硅橡胶力学性能改善,其用量为5%时力学性能达最佳。The dehydrogenated RTV silicone rubber, with α,ω-dihydroxy- polydimethylsiloxane as the base gum, was prepared by using different amounts of catalyst, crosslinker and filler. Then the influences of them on curing rate, apparent density and mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that increasing the dosage of catalyst and crosslinking agent made the gel time shorter and bubble amount increased and apparent density decreased. The mechanical properties of prepared silicone rubber were improved with the addition of filler, and the optimal amount of filler was 5%.
