摘　　要：武钢多年来坚持走质量效益型发展道路,在质量管理上,构建持续改进为主体的质量管理体系、以产品为核心的全方位质量管控平台、以用户为关注焦点的用户服务保障体系。通过质量管理体系的实践,不断创新质量管理方法,实现了武钢可持续发展。In WISCO, the development road of quality and efficiency has been insisted for many year. On the quality management, a quality management system of continuous im- provement is built , the products are taken as the core for quality control platform, and the customer-focused customer service support system is established. Thanks to the practice of the quality management system,innovative quality management methods have been developed and adopted continuously, which plays an important role in achieving the sustainable development of WISCO.
