伦巴舞的重拍问题探析

摘　　要：为了提高伦巴舞的教学与训练效果,结合多年实践,以音乐重拍和舞蹈动作的重点所构成慢拍动作技术为切入点,从多学科角度分析了伦巴舞的重拍技巧与要点,并就教学过程中重拍环节的常见性问题提出了相应对策。实践证明:启发和引导学生对体育舞蹈的研究和探索性学习,更有利于教学效果的提高和人才的培养。To improve the effect of rumba＇ s teaching and training, it analyzes skills and key points of the downbeat of rumba from a multidisciplinary perspective, using slower action technology constituted by downbeat of music and action of dance as a start- ing point. Besides, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the common problems in the teaching process of down- beat. Practice has proved that inspiring and guiding students to research DanceSport is more conducive to the improvement of teach- ing effect and personnel training.
