摘　　要：目的探讨Toll样受体7(TLR7)在干燥综合征(SS)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中的表达意义。方法收集35例SS患者和35例健康体检者全血,采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测TLR7的mRNA的相对表达量。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血浆中TNF-α、IL-10的表达。结果 SS患者TLR7 mRNA的表达量[(2.28±0.54)2-(△△Ct)]显著高于对照组。而血浆中的TNF-α含量(中位数为5.6 ng/L)显著升高(P<0.05),IL-10(中位数为0.5 ng/L)的变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论 SS患者TLR7 mRNA表达显著升高,可能在其发病过程中起一定的作用。Objective To investigate the expression of toll-like receptor 7 （TLR7） in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs） in patients the primary Sjsgren＇ s Syndrome （SS）. Methods The TLR7 mRNA relative expression in PBMCs was de-termined by quantified reverse transcriptional PCR in 35 patients with SS and 25 healthy controls. Serum tumor necrosis faetor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-10 （IL-10） levels were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results A signif-icant increase in TLR7 mRNA level was observed in the patients with SS[ （2.28 ±0.54）^（△△Ct） ] （P 〈0.05）. Serum TNF-α level （ median 5.6 ng/L ） was significantly higher in the patients than in healthy controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant change in IL-10 （median 0. 5 ng/L ） in the patients （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion TLR7 in PBMCs may involve in the Dathozenesis of SS.
